handle	GB Pak control structure (shared with Controller Pak structure)

Explanation:

Controls power to the Game Boy Game Pak

Controls power to the Game Boy Game Pak inserted in the GB Pak. When OS_GBPAK_POWER_ON is specified for "flag," power is turned ON. When OS_GBPAK_POWER_OFF is specified for "flag," power is turned OFF. When power is turned from OFF to ON, the CPU timer is used to perform a wait process of at least 0.12 second in order to wait for the power supply to stabilize. The return value is the value returned by the osGbpakPower function.

Errors:

PFS_ERR_NOPACK	Nothing is inserted in the specified Controller.
PFS_ERR_CONTRFAIL	Data transfer with Controller has failed. Either the Controller is not connected properly, or there may be some problem with the GB Pak or the Controller connector.
