n_alSeqpGetChlFXMix

Syntax

u8 n_alSeqpGetChlFXMix(N_ALSeqPlayer *seqp, u8 chan);

Arguments

  • seqp is the pointer to the Type 0 MIDI sequence player
  • chan is the target (0 based) MIDI channel

Explanation
This function is available in the n_audio library. It returns the effect mix for the given MIDI channel. A value of 0 indicates the sound is completely dry, and 127 indicates the sound is completely wet. Because messages generated by n_alSeqpSetChlFXMix are not processed until the next call to n_alAudioFrame, a call to n_alSeqpSetChlFXMix followed by a call to n_alSeqpGetChlFXMix within the same frame will not reflect the new value.
