alSeqpGetVol

Format
#include <libaudio.h>
s16 alSeqpGetVol(ALSeqPlayer *seqp);

Arguments
  • seqp is the pointer to the Type 0 MIDI sequence player
What This Function Does
It returns the overall sequence volume that was active at the end of the last call to alAudioFrame. A value of 0x7fff indicates full scale, and a value of 0 indicates off. Negative values are not allowed.

Because messages generated by alSeqpSetVol are not processed until the next call of alAudioFrame, a call to alSeqpSetVol followed by a call to alSeqpGetVol within the same frame will not reflect the new value.

Note that individual channels also have volume levels. You can get these volume levels by calling the alSeqpGetChlVol function.
