none What This Function Does It registers the Controller Pak Manager's callback function in the Controller Manager. When a retrace message or a message from your application is sent to the Controller Manager, the message pointer is used as an argument to execute the callback function. In messages, the buffer header is a NUScMesg type variable, and for Controller Pak messages, the usable values are 0x2000 through 0x2FFF. NU_SC_RETRACE_MSG is a retrace event message and NU_SC_PRE-NMI_MSG is a PRE-NMI event message.
