n_alSndpDeallocate
Syntax
#include <n_libaudio.h>
void n_alSndpDeallocate(ALSndId id);
Arguments
- id is a unique number that identifies a specific sound within the sound player; it is returned when the sound is allocated to the sound player by the n_alSndpAllocate function
Explanation
This function is available in the n_audio library.
It deallocates the specified sound from the currently registered sound player. (To optimize performance, only one n_audio player can be registered at any one time.) It also frees up space within the sound player. If the deallocated sound is the current target sound, the target is set to -1.
Note
Call this function (n_alSndpDeallocate) for a sound only after its state
has reached AL_STOPPED.
