What This Function Does
It deletes the Controller Pak game note. It is the same as nuContPakFileDelete except that it can specify names and extensions with JIS code. The JIS code is converted to N64 font code internally. At this time, the katakana characters with voiced and semi-voiced consonant markers are converted into the corresponding 1-byte N64 font codes. For details please refer to the nuContPakFileDelete function.
