Syntax

Arguments
- m is the resulting 4x4 matrix
- r, p, h specifies the rotation (r=roll p=pitch h=heading(yaw))
- s is the scale by factor s
- x, y, z specifies the translation value along the x, y, z axis
Explanation
It computes and returns a 4x4 fixed-point modeling matrix (m) that locates an
object at position x,y,z with an orientation determined by r,p,h.
