What This Function Does
It sets the display position and size of the console window. The position is specified with the screen coordinates for the upper-left corner of the window. The size is specified by the number of columns and the number of lines of characters that can be displayed. The initial settings are an upper-left coordinate of (0,0) and a size of 40 columns and 30 lines. The window number denotes priority. The window with the highest number lays on top when windows are stacked. This function can use any of the libraries for this release.
